1、 Machine installation


1. Fix the machine horizontally on the flat cement ground, and check whether all parts of the machine are intact and firm, and whether the lines are smooth and effective.


2. Remove the dirt and sundries on the upper pressing plate and the worktable.


3. Inject 68 # or 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank, and the oil level shall not be less than 25mm above the oil filter screen


4. Connect 380V three-phase power supply, press the oil pump start button, adjust and keep the motor rotation direction consistent with the arrow direction.


2、 Operating Instructions


1. Turn the cutting depth controller (fine adjustment knob) to zero on the left.


2. Turn on the power switch, press the start button of the oil pump, operate for two minutes without load, and observe whether the system is normal.


3. Stack the push-pull plate, rubber plate, workpiece and cutter die in the middle of the workbench in order.


4. Tool setting (tool setting).


① . Loosen the tool setting handle, lower it naturally and lock it.


② Turn the switch to the right to prepare for trial cutting.


③ Double click the green button for trial cutting, and the blanking depth is controlled by fine adjustment.


④ . Fine adjustment: turn the fine adjustment button to turn left to lighten and right to deepen.


⑤ Stroke adjustment: when rotating the height controller, the right rotation stroke increases, and the left rotation stroke decreases. The stroke can be freely adjusted within the range of 50-200mm (or 50-250mm). In normal production, it is appropriate to press about 50mm from the top of the tool mold.


Special attention: when replacing the tool mould, workpiece or base plate, the stroke must be reset, otherwise the tool mould and base plate will be damaged.




Safety precautions:




① In order to ensure safety, it is strictly prohibited to stretch hands and other parts of the body into the blanking area during operation. Before maintenance, the power must be turned off, and wood blocks or other hard objects must be placed in the blanking area to prevent the upper platen from losing control after pressure relief and causing accidental personal injury.




② Under special circumstances, if the upper platen needs to rise up immediately, press the reset button; when it stops, press the power brake button (red button), and the whole system will stop running immediately.




③ During operation, you must hit the two buttons on the pressing plate with both hands, and do not change to single hand or foot operation at will.




Maintenance: always keep the machine clean. Clean the oil filter screen once a month. Change the hydraulic oil once a year. Check the oil level in the machine before work. When the level is lower than the specified level, add hydraulic oil of the same brand with the machine. Do not mix it. During cutting, the workpiece shall be placed in the center of the working area to make the machine tool evenly stressed and extend the service life of the machine tool.

3.
