Precautions for cutting machine maintenance:

1. The cutting machine platform shall be wiped clean frequently, and shall not be stained with lubricating oil, so as to prevent the cutting objects from being stained and affecting the appearance of the finished product.

2. The chopping board shall not be left with residues or impurities, or stained with lubricating oil. It is better to clean it every day to keep it clean.

3. When filling lubricating oil, pay attention not to touch other parts, and wipe them clean.

4. After using the cutting machine, be sure to clean the surroundings to keep the machine clean.

Maintenance method:

1. When using the machine, pay attention to whether the lubricating oil in the oil pot is still displayed. If it is not displayed, it means there is no lubricating oil. Please fill in the lubricating oil again.

2. When feeding lubricating oil to the four sliding shafts, just shake the handle back and forth.

3. It is recommended to use "R-68 #" circulating oil as circulating oil. The circulating oil must be replaced after it has been used for half a year. After that, it shall be replaced once a year.

4. Start after long-term shutdown → lubricate the four sliding shafts.
