Height setting

1》 Remove the sundries on the rubber plate of the worktable, and place the knife mold in the center of the rubber plate.

2》 After the machine starts, loosen the setting handwheel and turn the "pressure system" to the zero position.

3》 Turn the setting switch of the cutting machine right to the direction of "knife mold setting", and then the cutting pressure plate 13 starts to slowly descend until it is close to the knife mold and automatically stops.

4》 Push the setting handwheel to the bottom and tighten it. Before resuming startup, 04 set the switch system (left rotation) to the "cutting" position.

5》 Press the brake switch again, and the cutting pressing plate will immediately rise to the highest position, at this time, the cutter die setting is completed.

Adjustment of cutting point of cutting machine

1》 After setting the cutter die, place the material to be cut on the rubber plate, then place the cutter die on the material, and then push the feeding plate into the cutting area.

2》 Press the 12 cutting switches with both hands respectively, and then the cutting pressing plate will drop and pressurize on the knife die until the knife die cuts off the material, and it will automatically rise back to the position before starting.

3》 When blanking materials, if it is found that the materials are not completely cut, adjust the 03 cutting depth controller and turn the "pressure control" clockwise and counterclockwise; If the knife die is pressed into the rubber plate too deeply, turn the "pressure system" counterclockwise. The longer the adjustment time is, the deeper the cutting depth will be. Try to adjust until the knife die is pressed into the rubber plate slightly.

4》 Pull the feeding plate out of the cutting area, take out the cut material, and complete a blanking process.

Precautions for cutting machine operation

1》 When setting the cutter, the setting hand wheel must be loosened first to make the setting lever contact the cutting point control switch, otherwise, when the cutter setting switch is turned to ON, the set action cannot be generated.

2》 During operation, the cutter shall be placed in the center of the upper platen as far as possible to avoid unilateral wear of the machine and affect its service life.

3》 Replace with a new cutter. If the height is different, reset it according to the setting method. 4》 When cutting, please leave the knife or board with your hands. It is strictly forbidden to use your hands to help the knife mold to cut, so as to avoid danger.

5》 If the cutting machine operator needs to leave the position temporarily, be sure to turn off the motor switch to avoid damage to the machine due to improper operation by others.

6》 Please avoid overloading to avoid damaging the machine and reducing its service life.
